We conduct in-depth initial intake with each participant and family/caregivers to create a personal Plan of Care for each participant. This assures caregivers that we know the exact, intimate needs of our participants.

Nurses Provide High-Quality Memory Care Services
Coleman Adult Day Services offers memory care support for people with Alzheimer’s Disease and other Dementia’s or cognitive challenges. It’s a chance to be social and participate in engaging activities while in a safe, supervised environment.
Led by an experienced staff that includes a licensed nurse, we provide engaging activities customized for your loved one. We get to know all of our participants and incorporate their personal needs and interests into the socializing activities that include music, art, and recreation.
Our Nurses Can Manage Chronic Conditions
With skilled nurses on staff, Coleman Adult Day Services can provides disease-specific programs to address chronic conditions.
Bathing and Other Hygiene Services
For an extra $35, we offer bathing and other services. This especially reduces caregiver stress with participants who have Alzheimer’s Diseases, who are often very resistant to being bathed. Our staff provides bathing that’s often safer for both participant and caregiver in our private handicapped accessible shower room.
